How much does flex office software cost?

What the per-user price includes

Everyone’s week (who comes in on which day), the office floor plan in 2D and 3D, desk and room booking, the manager dashboard and the HR summary. Teams, Slack, Outlook and Google Calendar integrations, single sign-on (SSO) and directory sync (SCIM) are included. Web, iOS and Android.

When to add sensors

A K Sense sensor measures a room’s actual presence and air quality: it spots bookings where nobody showed up and shows whether a room is really free. It is billed per connected space, €19, €27 or €36 excl. VAT per month depending on the tier, billed annually, with no installation fee.

A worked example

A 120-employee company that equips 12 meeting rooms at the first tier pays 120 × €3 + 12 × €19 = €588 excl. VAT per month. Without sensors, flex office alone comes to €360 excl. VAT per month.
