How it works
Find, book, get in, enjoy. K-work is the operating system for flexible workspaces: the platform to book, and the K Sense sensor for a simple check-in and healthy air.
Open the K-work map and filter by type of space: acoustic booth, meeting room, phone box, focus room, private office, coworking desk or nomad spot (transport, hospitality, public places, cafés). Every listing shows the address, amenities, prices and availability.
Pick your slot and confirm. The price of the space is shown in Krédits and deducted from your balance, and everything is shown before you pay. Book pay-as-you-go with no commitment, or with a pack or the K-work+ subscription if you are a regular user.
On spaces fitted with the K Sense sensor, check-in is by QR code or from the app. On partner spaces, access follows the partner’s procedure (badge, code sent by email, reception…). K-work always shows how to get in before you book.
In spaces fitted with K Sense, air quality (CO2, temperature, humidity) is measured continuously and summed up in a Wellness Score. K Sense also measures light and presence.
