The occupancy rate comes from the presence measurements taken by the K Sense sensors, cross-checked against the bookings made in the K-work app. A no-show is a booking that goes unused: the slot is spotted, then the space is reopened automatically.
Yes. The Comfort and Premium plans include an integration API: the sensors or the BMS you already have can send their data to the K-work dashboard, without replacing your hardware. Contact us to confirm compatibility.
