How it works at K-work
K-work runs on Krédits, a single currency. Every space shows its price in Krédits: everything is shown before you pay. With pay as you go, there is no need to buy a big pack upfront: you only pay the amount needed.
Each booking carries a service fee: 10% up to €100, then 5%. With K-work+: Zero fees on bookings up to €100, then 5% beyond that. It is fully waived for B2B organisations. The full breakdown (base, fee, VAT, total incl. VAT) is shown before any payment, with no hidden fees.
If your balance falls short when you book, you pay the difference by card without leaving the booking. You can book from 1 hour.
When to switch to a pack or K-work+
No commitment is perfect for trying things out and for occasional use. If you book regularly, the K-work+ subscription (€9.99 per month) covers the service fee on your bookings and adds all the premium benefits. Zero fees on bookings up to €100, then 5% beyond that. You are never locked in: start with no commitment, optimise later.
