A presence sensor tells you whether a room is actually occupied: it spots meetings nobody attended, lets the room be released and measures air quality, with no camera or microphone. With K-work it costs €19 to €36 excl. VAT per month per connected room.

The K Sense sensor measures presence, CO₂, temperature, humidity and light. It measures and controls nothing: it opens no door and drives neither lighting nor ventilation.
A booked room that nobody enters shows up. After the delay chosen by the company (10 minutes by default), K-work can release the room, including a meeting set in Outlook, and the organiser is notified.
CO₂ tells you when a room needs air: above 800 ppm the air becomes average, above 1,200 ppm it is stale. K-work shows it on the room and in everyone’s day.
€19, €27 or €36 excl. VAT per month per connected room depending on the tier, billed annually. The sensor is fitted without wiring.
